Originally established in the notary industry, Pen & Stamp has grown into a comprehensive business support company offering life insurance planning, tax preparation, and business development solutions. Today Pen & Stamp is intentionally structured to evolve beyond a traditional notary business into a multi-service consulting and operational support company capable of servicing both individuals and enterprise-level clients.

That is why we describe our work in four divisions — Notary & Document, Business & Commercial, Mobile Convenience, and Consulting & Strategic Support — with personal financial services (tax preparation and life insurance) sitting alongside the consulting line.
